I just wanted to thank you for the summer house which was delivered bang on time.
I have owned a number of Summer Houses in the past and this one is the best I have had. The standard of workmanship is extremely high and the finish is great.
I would also like to let you know that I was very impressed by the two guys who built the summer house, they were quick, professional and did a great job.
All in all a very pleasant experience and I have a Summer House that will see many years of service.

EXTRA NOTE:- THIS SUMMERHOUSE WAS SPECIALLY MADE IN SMALL SECTIONS AND NEEDED TO BE PASSED OVER A 5ft HIGH GARDEN WALL TO ACCESS THE GARDEN.
Thank you for sending me my order confirmation by royal mail. Someone must have put in some extra work on our behalf, and I'll apologise for making that necessary. I thought it unusual that I was not requested to enter an email address, but I just missed that input; I wasn't trying to be awkward or make a point etc.
We saw a similar product in a local showroom, but your's looks just as nice, and much better value for money; so we are looking forward to receiving it next month.

Ref: 28mm Log Cabin 143 missing items.
I have today (14/03/08) received the missing/ damaged items from my order, many thanks for your prompt action to resolve this problem. All I need now is some decent weather to put it together!
