• This garden office is treated with a high quality paint system in a choice of opaque colours. The shiplap boards are spray treated with one coat prior to manufacture to prevent any shrinkage marks. Two further coats are applied after manufacturing. All window and door frames are treated with base coat prior to manufacturing

• These garden offices feature fully lined and insulated walls with 70mm x 45mm planed deal framework with a vapour barrier, 50mm thick insulation boards fitted between the framing and fully lined inside with 12mm tongued and grooved Scandinavian redwood V-jointed matchboards (finished size after machining). The internal matchboard lining is supplied untreated and does not need to be treated unless required for aesthetic purposes.
• These garden offices feature fully insulated floors with 70mm x 45mm pressure treated floor joists, 18mm plywood decking with vapour barrier fitted below and insulation laid above, ready for your choice of flooring. Floor insulation is the latest 19 layer multi-foil, only 30mm thick, TRADA certificated with increased thermal efficiency
• These garden offices feature a fully lined and insulated roof with 12mm deal tongued and grooved laid over 50mm thick insulation fitted between the roof joists with vapour barrier laid below and fully lined inside with 12mm tongued and grooved Scandinavian redwood V-jointed matchboards (finished size after machining)
• Attractive planed timber exposed internal roof trusses (larger buildings only)
