  • This garden office is treated with a high quality paint system. A translucent antique pine colour is applied as standard or a choice of opaque colours is available at extra cost
  • Double glazed
  • PVCu double doors and 2 front windows included
  • 4mm toughened glass as standard
  • Draught excluder weatherseals fitted to all doors and windows
  • Double hinged doors with mortice lock and lever handles
  • White PVCu 2 pane windows approximately 450mm wide
  • 2 top hinged opening windows
  • All opening windows feature key locking handles
  • Fully insulated floor, walls and roof
  • Walls and floor feature 40mm thick high performance foil faced insulation board
  • Floor features 50mm polystyrene insulation
  • Walls fully lined inside with MDF wallboards in a choice of flat or profiled finish
  • 18mm tongued and grooved deal cladding (finished size after machining)
  • 22mm moisture resistant floor
  • Ex 3" x 2" planed studwork framing
  • Ex 6" x 2" pressure treated floor joists (lifetime preservative treatment)
  • Rafter size varies according to room size and span with minimum rafter size ex 3" x 2" planed
  • Plywood suspended ceiling
  • Heavy duty green mineral roof felt
  • PVC gutters and downpipes in a choice of white, brown or black
  • Eaves height at the lowest point inside 7'4" (2235mm)

OPTIONS - you can add any of these options to your basket

  • If access is restricted, this garden office can be specially made in smaller sections designed to pass through a normal single door. There is no charge for this option but notice is required with order.
